A Beautiful Mind (Drama) *****

Plot: The plot of this film follows the mind of a mathematician, John Nash, as he trys to come up with a new idea for his next paper. Joh sees math in almost every thign in his day, and he seems to be very much to himself as he trys to analys and solve problrms that come out of the most random places. A CIA agent sees John as a possible asset to help the CIA follow the soviets. With the problems at work, with his wife and with his new secret, the biggest problem John has has got to do with is head.

Acting: The acting id the main reason why I chose this film. It has some of the most superb acting i have every seen. All the characters are realistic, ironically evern the ones that as just a past of the main character's imagination. I didn't really find any of the characters stereotypical, maybe the college buys...they're all aragagant and all they can talk and think about is sex. But thats about it. The main characters are all very well developed, they do a very good job at making you feel like you've known each and every one of them for years and years. All have their own distinctive personality and each one you have an interest for. All the actors very believable. You would never in your life be able to tell that they were reading from a script. Each had their own contribution to the movie and also the way they portrayed their characters was almost effortless. A standing ovation I think is in order for Russel Crowe!

The cinematography was amazing, everything set the mood, and the editing and the lighting and all that jazz really made it convincing and real. You almost felt liek you were in the movie. When you watch it you cannot help but feel the suspense and have the feelings of the characters in the movie over take you. The music I think was critical to the film. It was perfect. like the cinimatographe, it set the mood of the film and help get the veiwers really interested.

I think anyone who has read thsi should watch this movie. The film, i found was intended for young adults or adults, but young teens and children would most likely loose focus. It is a farely long movie and it is very intellectual. You can easily lose awarness of what is going on. Overall...one o fthe most amazing movies I've seen in my life.
