Saw 5

The Heading
A. SAW 5
B.Thriller/Horror
C. 1.5/5, was given 5.9/10

Plot:
Saw 5 is about a man named Mark Hoffman disguising himself as Jigsaw to avenge his sister by taking revenge on her ex boyfriend, because he was the one that caused her death but was not charged or put into jail. Due to his sister's ex boyfriend not being caught by justice, he believes he could punish the man, himself. Mark Hoffman is later found out by Jigsaw, but surprisingly he is not put to death, but given a lesson learned and then becomes Jigsaw's apprentice. Mark Hoffman then carries away with Jigsaw's 'little games' which require teamwork. Five players are put in his trap and are ready to begin. While this is all happening Agent Strahm tries to fit all his clues together to be able to put this new Jigsaw away, unharming others, but instead he is in for a real treat.

Acting:
1. The characters were realistic because in some parts of the film, where they are being tortured, you can actually feel the same thing happening to you while they are in pain.
2.The actor who played 'Jigsaw' was mysterious because you wouldn't know what evil scheme he could come up with next, from his expressions.

Special Effects, Cinematography, Musical Score, Camera Shots, Etc:
The movie had good shots where it took the emotions of the characters in the horrific scenes, where some pain was involved. Some of the shots, you'd think a person would die, but all of a sudden someone else would kill that person and save the other person that was going to die, but then the person that was going to die is ganged up and exterminated.

Final:
I would not recommend this film to people to like gory and to people who are just looking for a 'scary film' because i think the gory scenes seem to be a little rushed, some of the deaths don't look painful enough and each character's background story didn't have enough drama. Saw 5 was boring to the point that i wanted to fall asleep but i thought something else would happen because it was just the beginning of the film, but nothing did. I believe SAW 2 may be better.
